Contract must be signed and fully executed a minimum of one (1) week prior to arrival.
Payment in full is required prior to check in
Payment can be accepted via Paypal, Venmo or Zelle
Security deposit will be returned within one (1) of departure after property inspection has been completed
Further Rules and Regulations will be found within the contract including:
Full refund available if cancelled 45+ days prior to arrival
75% refund if cancelled 30 - 45 days prior to arrival
50% refund if cancelled up to day prior to arrival
0% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival
